Every one of us is having an influence on others in everything we do. So how do we make sure these interactions are positive and constructive?

We all have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships and positively influence the people in our lives.

Explore what even the smallest shift in behaviour can mean for boosting the quality of your day-to-day interactions with students, colleagues, parents, partners, family and friends.

The notion of 'continuous relationship improvement' is introduced as well as a model for helping others to effectively respond to challenging situations.

Delivered in partnership with Genos International, this recording guides you through techniques to enhance relationships and your own capacity to be a positive influence on the way others think, feel, and respond to events in their lives.
