    About the panellists

    Dr Russ Fox

    Dr. Russ Fox is a Lecturer in applied behaviour analysis at Monash University. He is a trained primary school teacher with experience teaching and working in mainstream primary schools. Russ also held a Senior Policy role within the Department of Education, to develop policy and practical resources to support the reduction and elimination of the use of restrictive practices in schools. 

    Anthony King

    Anthony King has over 20 years of experience as a teacher in primary and secondary education in Australia and the UK. Anthony was an Assistant Principal for 8 years and worked as a School-wide Positive Behaviour Coach for 5 years. He continues to promote the Mult-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) logic of aligning learning and wellbeing outcomes. 

    Eleonora Luisetto

    Eleonora Luisetto is an educator with a background spanning the Visual Arts and Languages, currently teaching in a Kindergarten Year 12 day and boarding school for boys. She has been a Faculty Head and Board Member for non-profit educational organisations. Eleonora’s multifaceted expertise and commitment to student excellence are evident in her pursuit of strategies that promote student engagement and support all students in reaching their academic potential. 

    Kara Taylor

    Kara Taylor is a born, raised and educated Mallee girl. Kara has been teaching for the past 17 years, most of these years at her favourite place, Irymple Secondary College, where she worked in Disability Education, Indigenous Education Support, Teacher Librarian and student behaviour management as a year level coordinator. 

    Makayla Bulte 

    Makayla Bulte is a passionate educator devoted to cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment that honours the unique needs and interests of each student. With a diverse background spanning various roles, Makayla has acquired a profound understanding that comprehending student behaviour is essential for academic success. Makayla has developed a comprehensive understanding of frameworks including NDIS, DIP and NCCD. This extensive knowledge equips Makayla with the insight and skills to establish supportive environments where every student can thrive academically and socially.
