Numeracy Symposium
The Numeracy Symposium is an important event in the Academy calendar. It's an opportunity for teacher leaders in numeracy and mathematics to collaborate, learn and stretch their thinking about how to improve student outcomes in numeracy and mathematics.
The days agenda will include support for how schools can successfully implement the VTLM 2.0 with a focus on explicit teaching.

This event is hosted in Melbourne with keynote presentations live streamed to regional Academy sites across the state.

The primary audience for this event is numeracy specialists in government primary and secondary schools. Given each school employs a different staffing structure to manage numeracy improvement depending on the school’s size, needs or resources, a numeracy specialist could include:
