    Bruce Armstrong | Chapter Three

    Bruce is an extraordinarily experienced and inspiring Victorian Leader, who dedicated over 33 years to roles across all levels of the Victorian public education system; initially delivering education as a teacher to driving school improvement in leadership roles such as: Principal of Balwyn High School, Executive Director roles in different areas of the Department of Education (DE), Director of the former Bastow Institute, and finally, as the Deputy Secretary of the Regional Services Group (DE).
