    Wellbeing combines a diverse and interconnected set of factors, including mental, physical, environmental and social. All of these factors contribute to our ability to lead long, healthy lives. 

    Being able to effectively connect, communicate and interact with others is critical to our social wellbeing. 

    This recording will explore the strategies you can use to boost the quality of your day-to-day social interactions. 

    Spend some time reflecting on your close personal relationships and how you might be able to take action to improve and support those in your life to improve their social wellbeing.
