    Effective school networks are at the heart of implementing the Framework for Improving Student Outcomes. Characterised by their clear goal setting, shared problems of practice, collective ownership and strong engagement these networks harness great school practice to achieve great outcomes for all students.  

    The relationships between network players - including senior executive improvement leaders, network chairs and principals - shape the adoption and outcomes of the Communities of Practice approach.
