Celebrating our Teaching Excellence Program (TEP) graduates
Teacher reflections on TEP
‘This has been one of the richest experiences of my life... I leave the TEP feeling more confident in myself as a teacher than ever before. My passion for teaching is stronger... and new aspects of my teacher identity have emerged. I am excited to continue the journey of reflection and growth.’
Jordan Dubrulle-Sarkissian – Kambrya College.
‘Graduation was more than a celebration—it was a time for deep reflection, connection and gratitude’.
Emma Perrett – Caulfield Grammar School.
These are 2 of the many reflections of the positive impact our TEP has had on more than 430 teacher graduates from government, Catholic and independent schools across Victoria.
Graduation for Australian-first professional learning program
- More than 430 graduates
- Government, Catholic and independent schools represented
- The TEP builds networks and deep knowledge of the latest evidence in teaching and learning
- The TEP accelerates student and school outcomes.
Our graduates were honoured by the Minister for Education, The Hon. Ben Carroll MP, who praised their dedication stating they ‘transform lives and our state for the better.’
Positive impacts on teaching
TEP24 Ambassadors highlighted the program's impact on their teaching and the importance of the program’s Alumni Network, while Mardi Featherston, from Colac Primary School emphasised the development of ‘new skills and collaboration with like-minded professionals.’
It was our pleasure to host the 2-day graduation and celebration of our TEP24 graduates sharing their achievements and excitement.
And we’re just as thrilled that they return to their classrooms and schools feeling reinvigorated and empowered to achieve the best outcomes for their school communities.
